Orders

How do I place an order?
Browse our catalog, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Make sure your shipping address and payment information are correct before submitting.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout. If you have questions about an item before ordering or experience technical issues, please contact us.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What do I do?
Contact us immediately. If the order has not shipped, we will attempt to update the address. Once shipped, we may not be able to reroute it.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship within the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada at this time.

How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier.

How do I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link once your order ships.

Product Sizing & Fit

How do I find my size?
Refer to the sizing guide on each product page. Sizing can vary between styles, so check the guide for each item. If you are unsure, contact us for advice.

What if my item does not fit?
You may be eligible for a return if the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached. See our return policy for details.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or style, return the original item for store credit and place a new order.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and Venmo. We do not accept cash.
